Thinkin' Outloud...

Falso Alarmo.
Apparently Bev and Trace ended up meeting some Londeners and went bar hopping with them. One of the Londeners owns a bar and they kept it open all night for the two lushes.
They came home around 5 A.M this morning absolutely shitfaced.

Thinkin' Outloud...

I got a call around 4 A.M from Karen. Apparently Beverley and Trace are not home. I'm sick to my stomach because I got a call from Bev lastnight around 8:45 P.M asking me where the Cactus Club was. Then, Karen says Bev called her around 11 P.M to let her know they were going to take a cab home.
I hope they are fine. Karen has called the police.

Thinkin' Outloud...

You ever feel like eating lemon wedges doused in salt? I do. Then I get a nasty case of the farts.

I'm going to a club on Saturday for a friends birthday. I've picked out my outfit which I will not discuss as I want it to be a surprise.
Apparently the look for the night is the "hootchie" look. For some reason I can't achieve this hootchie look. Everything I try on, I make it look good. (Hahahahahaha) Do I sound conceited? I hope not. Special shoes were purchased for this event - and no Will, they are not the boots I showed you the other day.

So the other day at Blockbuster, Bev starts looking at this movie called "Jambo, Jambo"...the picture is of woman and man in a compromising position. Sean asks Bev what Jambo means and she confidentley says it's french for the word, "Ham". He's all intrigued by it but I think to myself, "Ham, Ham?"
It's obvious it's an adult movie, but what in the hell is an adult movie called, "Ham, Ham" doing in Blockbuster? It just didn't seem right.
Well then the sprockets start rolling in my brain and it takes me back to my junior year in highschool when I studied French. The French word for ham is "Jambon".
Staring at the DVD box I yell out, "Ham is Jambon, not Jambo, stupid". I started busting out laughing and so did Sean and Bev.
Okay, you had to be there.

Thinkin' Outloud...

Quick, welcome me back!

I took a day or so to recuperate. All that sun, phew, it just took alot outta me. I am now as dark as an, I dunno. I'm just really dark.

First night we get into Tampa and the weather was freaking us out. It was sunny, then drizzling, then you heard thunder claps, then it went back to sun. I was a little sad thinking the weather would be like this over in Dunedin County but Sean assured me it was only in the Tampa Bay area.
We met up with Steve for vittles and wouldn't you know it, Beverley wanted the Colonel's chicken for dinner so we stopped over at some ghetto KFC near Busch Gardens.
Second day we headed for the private beach called Honeymoon Island. By the way, the place we stayed at was my sorta Aunts condo she inhereted from her father. We call it the Geriatric Condo's. It's for old retired folks and people under 55 are not suppose to be there (unless they are on vacation for no longer than 2 weeks) It's a nice place, and I enjoy staying there for it's peacefulness and it's private beach which is a hop skip and a jump away.
Anyway, this beach is AMAZING. We walked onto the shore and all you saw was the clearest water and people sunbathing on the sand bars. We settled in, and jumped into the 80 Degree water. I don't really know how to swim so I stayed on the sandbar while waves crashed into me. Beverley and I started doing our rendition of "Cherish" by Madonna. It was pretty funny. We were there for about four or five hours when we started hearing thunder claps. It was awesome sitting on the sandbar watching a storm brew over Tampa Bay while we just sat in the water enjoying ourselves.
Third day, beach again. Awesome, Awesome time.
Fourth Day. Shopping, went to the movies to see "Charlie's Angel's Full throttle" then, rest. Beverley started feeling ill so we dined out, rented "Darkness Falls" - Stupid movie and "The Transporter" - we quoted this movie until the end of the trip. We had a BEAUTIFUL lightning storm in our area, we stayed out on the balcony and tried to take pictures with our disposable camera.
Fifth day, beach day. This day we had a little overcast but wouldn't you know it, I got more of a tan on this day than any of the sunnier days. Also, I was worried about all the sea creatures that would be coming to shore since we had the storm the night before. I waded in the water for fear of what I'd see and guess what we saw?!?!?!
DOLPHINS CAME TO SHORE!!! There were about four of them just swimming around.
I had bought a boogie board so I floated on that for awhile, catching the waves.
A storm started to awake above and we left just in time. We get back to the condo and Sean and I stood on the balcony to which we saw more dolphins in the ocean.
Sean decided to do his own thing, so Bev and I stayed behind. We went to a restaurant called Red Fish Blue fish then came home for an early night. We awoke to Sean barfing.
I guess that's all, for now. Ta Ta.
